Why blog?

Some people as me why i blog? What is the point in blogging? Can't you just write it in a diary? Why do you want the whole world to read what you are thinking? Isn't blogging passe?

I blog because it is more handy than a book? Make my posts neater than the neatest essay that i can ever write. It never runs out of space. Diary is cool, I would probably be interested to start one, but it will only be for super private stuff, which i would rather not write out. If you write a diary, who sees it? Since humans are meant to remain in contact and to expand their circle of friends, i see it as useful to let people see somethings that happens to you and probably know how you are doing.

I will never put posts which are too personal or too important for random eyes to see, because there is a limit as to how much we should reveal. Blogs are never too serious and we should never take the content too seriously. It could be just some random ranting.

Who is always free for you to vent your frustrations, listen to your thoughts, or record what you are thinking? THE BLOG! With a blog, people can reply you later, or when they are free. They do not have to be omni-present to get the information. Well, basically you give people a chance to know you better before saying hi to you?

AND You can find out who is interested in your life too. ( probably a good tool of measurement *sniggers* )
