Let n = friday = 5
Let m = wednesday = 3

So the number of days left that i have to work = (n - m + 1) = (5 - 3 + 1 ) = 3 days left.

See how dumb can math be. But this fomula helped me to count the number of documents left that i have to do at work too.

Let n = 50 documents
Let m = 16 ( the document i just completed )

So if i do backwards starting from no.50, (50 - 16 + 1) = 35 documents done.

Heh discussing math fomulas can be fun when we end up confusing them with anything and everything else. So the short conversation about (n - m + 1) with xuming was rather fruitless lol.

Work work work, it isn't as bad as it was before, now that we are not really pressured to perform anymore. As compared to what others say about their experience of customer service, i think my job is comparatively better. Despite the menial work that i have to do.

After the recruitment drive by Jenn, i am convinced that this job is not meant for anyone. In fact, teenagers are the best candidates for such jobs with long hours and measly pay. Although we do slack, our productivity increases from the day we start working until the maximum when everyone is happy and drops after everyone becomes bored and sad.

I believe it is the inate character of teenagers to be naive and chiong towards goals set either by themselves or other people. We work well together because we are still quite innocent and are not full of those backstabbing thoughts in order to climb up the coperate ladder, since there is none anyway. I believe this is the edge we have over the older permernant staff.

We can converse freely and voice our opinion without really fearing repercussions since we are all real friends and not "real". This is the good thing without heirachy.

Aiya basically, we expected the mature staff to be able to cope with this job and perform better, but it doesn't seem so. They have difficulty using the computer software and some are slightly mentally "slow".
