End of Fifa 2010

The world cup 2010 has come to an end, with the team that i am supporting for the first time going to the finals for the first time and probably winning the world cup for the first time too.

Now that it has ended, my sleep cycle is finally returning to the proper 12 - 8 cycle. I have been sleeping around this time until it was disturbed by the world cup. 230am matches are such a life sucker. When everyone is sleeping, i am there putting tooth picks on my eyes to watch the match. Haha, thats if it is a boring match.

Well, spain did not play that well for the finals, they made a few mistakes that marred their wonderful tatics which had been "oh so perfect" from the first match since i started watching in the quarters. However, after watching the other teams play, i must admit that the tiki taka style of spain was making the game rather boring.

I particularly liked the fast pace of play exhibited by Brazil, Ghana, Germany and Uruguay, the few teams that i saw with my own eyes. Germany was a great team, I might in fact support them the next WC instead of Spain lols. My enjoyment does not just stem from the team i support winning, but also from a highly charged match. Spain's style of play is tactful, but hell boring...

World cup fever for 2014? Much remains to be said. Well, if its not $70 - $90 and if i can still watch the match with a 12hr difference? Sounds impossible when we start working. Oh well...
