Reflections

Today was suppose to be a wonderful day with typical program and everyone of us being in a happy mood. In the morning, my colleagues and I went to this large scale dialog. The main aim was to to motivate us to bring out the best in us.

I loved what the speaker said. Especially the part that states, "do not expect everyone of us to be motivated fresh out of the oven. Everyone needs to be motivated to work once awhile as we might be frustrated by our work and ultimately start to lose hope."

This was especially true for me. Positive examples and negative examples were quoted to remind us what is the right thing to do and what are the wrong things. I believe that we should perform better as they deserve better.
