I watched the new film, The American by George Clooney. I am sad to say that, the 5/5 star rating must be given by a film critic who loves the abstract way the film was made with a lot of inferences that you must make yourself.
As someone who was tired, who just wanted to watch some action, there was practically no action! All the coolest actions were already on the trailer. -_-! I had to spend extra energy scratching my head and piecing the movie together. I am glad that i went through movie module before, such that i can still appreciate the movie. However, it was definitely not the movie that i want to watch at that time of the day, when i was expecting something like James Bond.
It proved to be a low budget, cheap production. How sad.
