Woo we finally have company!

Here comes the next batch of BSLC trainees. I am not used to seeing the blocks opposite us to have lights leh. Cookhouse suddenly became so packed with people and long queues. Not to mention, the food servings sometimes do become a bit lesser due to the cookhouse fearing insufficient food for everyone. People singing songs when marching around with enthusiasm, something which we are well sick of.

When we were at the bunk "slacking" waiting for our lecture to start, we saw them streaming to their coyline slowly. Some excited trainees naturally shouted "WELCOME TO SISPEC! WOOOHOOO! Clap Clap Clap". Go back inside commanded a sergeant from the other company. Of course we comply right? So we sneakily spyed on them from inside our bunks.

My bunk overlooks the place where they always gather after eating before marching off. My sectionmates feel awkward that there are always people staring at them when changing or hanging clothes lol. Exposed!

Hmm, after a few days of surveying, i realise that their life is quite sad as compared to ours. This batch they had people who did not pass IPPT, and its quite a lot of them. For those who have poor physical fitness, it will be really terrible to keep up with the training. They have pt every morning, something which we seldom do. Haiz they are really suffering sia. I never had such long 5BXs (5 body exercises to wake u up in the morning) in the morning before.

But of course WE ASLC TRAINEES ARE SUFFERING too! Always outfield, i never seem to see my coyline much. It seems to be planned that way. To let the BSLC people think that our training is very shiong. And it indeed is. However, they don't really see us run SOC cuz they came in at week 4 of our course. I remember when i saw the ASLC last time, they were running SOC like siao. But i think outfields will have a greater impact on them.

This week was quite bing bing biang biang over le. It was ironically the week with the most life firings. So that lingo really fits. It feels long and yet kinda short, dunno how to explain but i am just relieved that i booked out.

OK forecast for next week, 32km route march and some fast march? Seems relatively slack, yet that single powerkiller is sufficient reason to grant us a slacker week. And i will go for the nyaa award ceremony in zombie form. Having not slept the night before enduring the gurelling march with "mental tenacity and determination". Damn CSB get it over and done with.
